At Katrina Cosmetics, we want you to love your foundation and feel confident in your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

60-Day Shade Match & Lightweight Feel Guarantee

Our Just Like Skin Foundation is covered by a 60-Day Guarantee if:

  • The shade does not match your skin tone; or
  • The product does not feel or look lightweight on your skin.

To qualify for a refund request under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

Usage Requirement

The foundation must be worn for a minimum of 7 consecutive days to allow your skin enough time to properly adjust to the formula before a refund request is submitted.

Proof Required

You must provide the following within 60 days of receiving your order:

  • 1 front-facing photo wearing the foundation
  • 1 side profile photo wearing the foundation
  • 1 photo of the foundation blended onto your hand
  • 1 video clearly showing the application of the foundation

All photos and videos must clearly show the product and results.

Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is reviewed and conditionally approved, the item must be returned to us for inspection.
  • A R100 return fee will apply to offset cancellation and return shipping costs.
  • Final approval is subject to inspection of the returned item.
  • Once approved, refunds will reflect within 1–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Store Credit Option

If your refund request is denied, we may still offer store credit as an alternative.

Store credit includes an additional 20% bonus value.
For example:

  • If your order total was R1000, your store credit value will be R1200.

Store credit may also be offered instead of a refund where applicable.

Unopened Package Returns

Returns for unopened packages are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The package must remain completely unopened and unused
  • Clear photo evidence proving the package is unopened will be required

Fees & Processing

  • Unopened returns are subject to a R150 return fee
  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected

No Exchanges/Cancellations

We do not offer exchanges or cancellations on any products.
